Antigua

Shirley Heights, Nelson's Dockyard National Park Hills overlooking the Dockyard in the East, named after the governor who built the fortifications.  This is one not to be missed when you stay in Antigua. Jamaica

Blue Mountain Cycle Tour 

Blue Mountain Bicycle Tour Take an exceptional mountain bike ride from high in the mountains of St. Ann through the woodland and meadow, from the quaint village of Mount Zion to a thirst quenching stop at the Spicy Grove tavern.

Rick’s Café One of the most famous places to visit in Negril is Rick’s Café. Set on the beautiful West End Cliffs, this café originated in 1974 when Negril was a quiet fishing village. Enjoy a few cocktails with a backdrop of the stunning sunset, which has become a Jamaican tradition that is not to be missed! You can even cliff dive into the crystal-clear waters.


Saint Lucia

East Winds Exclusive Boat Trip to The Pitons, 9:00am – 4:30pm

Join Captain “Nico” on what East Winds believe to be the “must experience” day trip on the island.  Let them take you on a coastal cruise ending in Soufriere with a close-up sight of the majestic Gros and Petit Piton.  From there visit the island’s drive-in volcano and Toraille Falls before boarding the boat again for lunch and a stop to swim and snorkel at Anse Cochon.

Saint Vincent

La Soufriere Volcano Hike La Soufriere Volcano in St. Vincent is 4,048 feet above sea level. This is a full day tour, where walking from our centre to the top takes 2.5 to 3 hours. At the top, you can rest, eat, relax or go down to the volcano's crater for 1/2 to 2 hours at the top. Returning to the centre takes 1 to 2 hours. Therefore, the complete hike takes around 6 hours.
