Where it all began…
After 30 years in the travel industry selling quality holidays for discerning travellers worldwide, in 2001, our founders, Helen and Annette, set out to create a representation company for the best of the best, incorporating truly exceptional hotels with a unique style and appeal. During their extensive travels, particularly throughout the Caribbean islands, they recognised the importance of exquisite properties at the top end of the market being promoted very personally to the travel industry and the consumer.
How we have grown...
We are now a team of seven, following a recent expansion and merger in November 2019. All of us have extensive travel and trade backgrounds. We have all visited the Caribbean countless times and simply adore the islands, the people and of course our hotels. We're based in London and have two regional Sales & Marketing Managers, one based in the north of the UK, where many of our trade partners are located. We are simply passionate about what we do, and have formed long-term friendships with the trade and our hotel clients, many of whom have been with us right from the beginning.
Where we want to be...
Our aim is to continue to thrive promoting our gorgeous hotels and to continue to be involved in an exciting travel industry which is constantly evolving. We are not a huge corporate representation company and never will be. Our portfolio of hotels will always remain niche - we prefer to personally know each of the clients and that includes the owners and managers through to the bar staff.
